Wednesday from 9 am -6 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nOn the day of your appointment drive up my driveway and park in either of the two spots opposite the entrance. If you need assistance or handicap access please park behind the open garage directly to the left of the entry. Please come inside, leave your shoes and coats downstairs and proceed up the stairs to the waiting area. The bathroom and sauna are on the lower level.<\/p>\n
Payment is due at time of service, cash or check. No credit cards please.<\/p>\n
Insurance: Dr. Jacobs is in-network with the following private<\/strong> insurance companies: Maine Community Health Options, Cigna, Aetna and Anthem. She is designated as a specialist, not a PCP, however Dr. Jacobs can perform and bill for annual exams and services. Naturopathic Doctors do not<\/strong> have a Medicare designation, therefore they can not<\/strong> bill Medicare or Medicare secondary plans (including Anthem, even when in network). Patients can try to self-submit, but there is no guarantee and will likely receive a denial of service.<\/p>\nInitial visits last 1\u00bd hours. Follow-up visits may be necessary depending on the complexity of the treatment plan.<\/p>\n
